ISCC EU is a certification scheme covering relevant sustainability and GHG-saving criteria under the European Renewable Energy Directive, including applicable biomass flows for electricity, heating and cooling. The required scope depends on feedstock, supply-chain position, market and end use; a recognised certification body decides on certification.
RTE provides advice and support. The appropriate independent certification or verification body conducts the assessment and decides on the certificate or statement.
