ISO 14064-2:2019 supports the quantification, monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas projects. ISO 14064-3:2019 describes validation and verification of statements. A validated plan or verified statement does not automatically generate tradable credits; the requirements of the selected programme also apply.
RTE provides advice and support. The appropriate independent certification or verification body conducts the assessment and decides on the certificate or statement.
