SCL 2.0 considers health and safety in attitudes, behaviour and culture. A desired ambition level does not guarantee an achieved step; assessment is the responsibility of a competent independent body.
RTE provides advice and support. The appropriate independent certification or verification body conducts the assessment and decides on the certificate or statement.
