ISO 14064-1:2018 describes quantification and reporting at organisational level. Independent verification of the statement can be organised under ISO 14064-3:2019. This assesses the reported inventory within the chosen scope; it is not a general statement that a company is climate- or nature-positive.
RTE provides advice and support. The appropriate independent certification or verification body conducts the assessment and decides on the certificate or statement.
